Are digital waivers legally binding?+
Yes. Digital waivers signed electronically are legally binding in most jurisdictions. Riddlio records the signer's name, email, IP address, and timestamp for each waiver. Consult your legal counsel for jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Can I use different waivers for different games?+
Yes. You can create multiple waiver templates and assign them per game. Riddlio automatically sends the correct waiver based on which game the customer booked.
Do returning customers need to sign again?+
You configure the waiver validity period. For example, waivers valid for 12 months — returning customers within that period do not need to re-sign. After expiry, the system automatically requests a new signature.
