Do I need a SumUp account?+
Yes. You use your own SumUp account and supported SumUp POS app or terminal. Riddlio launches and records the payment workflow.
Can SumUp payments be refunded from Riddlio?+
Direct SumUp gateway refunds are not currently issued by Riddlio. Staff should refund through SumUp, then record the manual refund in Riddlio so booking balances stay correct.
Can SumUp be used for only the balance on arrival?+
Yes. Many venues take a deposit online and collect the remaining balance through SumUp when the group arrives.
