Questions about pricing?

Are there any per-booking fees?+
No. Riddlio charges a flat monthly rate. We never take a cut of your bookings or charge per-transaction fees. You still pay the standard processing fees charged by your selected payment provider.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference on your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free trial?+
Your trial starts when you choose a plan and enter payment details. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not continue after the trial, your account is paused but your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and no contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Riddlio supports Stripe, Square, and PayPal for online checkout where enabled by the venue. For in-person payments, Riddlio supports Square POS, SumUp POS, and PayPal Zettle POS. SaaS subscription billing for your Riddlio plan is processed through Stripe; annual invoice billing can be arranged for Unlimited or Enterprise accounts.
