Which payment gateways does Riddlio support? +
Riddlio integrates with Stripe for online payments, and Square, PayPal Zettle, and SumUp for in-person POS payments on iPad. You can use one or all of them — each game can have a different payment configuration.
Can I take deposits instead of full payment? +
Yes. Riddlio supports three payment modes: full prepayment, deposit-only (customer pays a percentage or fixed amount, balance on arrival), and reservation-only (no online payment, pay on arrival). Configure per game or per time slot.
How do refunds work? +
Refunds are processed automatically when a customer cancels within your policy window. You configure the cancellation policy (e.g., 48 hours before booking for full refund). Staff can also issue manual refunds from the dashboard.
