You choose the policy. Riddlio supports no-expiry vouchers as well as configured expiry rules, depending on your venue policy and local requirements.
Can customers use a voucher for partial payment?+
Yes. If the booking costs more than the voucher value, the customer pays the difference online. If the booking costs less, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use.
How are vouchers delivered?+
Vouchers are emailed with a unique code after the purchase is completed. You can customize the email design with your branding. Customers can also print the voucher or forward it to the recipient.
