Service

Riddlio provides an online booking platform for escape room venues. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service according to your subscription plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time, and service continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Riddlio for illegal activities, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Riddlio is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
