Riddlio starts at $29/month for the Starter plan (1 room), $79/month for the Pro plan (up to 5 rooms), and $199/month for the Unlimited plan (unlimited rooms). All plans include online bookings, online payment setup, and the booking widget. Higher tiers add advanced analytics, custom branding, dynamic pricing, and MCP. Enterprise/custom accounts can add website API access.

No. Riddlio uses flat monthly pricing with no Riddlio per-booking commissions. Your software cost stays predictable as booking volume grows. Standard payment provider processing fees still apply.

Riddlio supports Stripe, Square, and PayPal for online card checkout, plus Square POS, PayPal Zettle, and SumUp for in-person payment workflows. You can accept full payments, deposits, or operate as reservation-only. Gift vouchers and customer credit are built in.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. No lock-in contracts. If you cancel, your data remains accessible for 30 days.

Bookings can create calendar events, cancellations can remove them, and external calendar events can be imported for staff review before becoming bookings. Each game can use its own calendar color, and an iCal feed is available for Outlook, Apple Calendar, or other iCal-compatible apps.

Riddlio can integrate with game-master controller and device-management workflows for IoT automation, puzzle sequencing, and session management. Other control systems can use approved website API keys or signed webhooks where enabled.

Enterprise and approved custom accounts can use tenant-scoped website API keys for external website and automation workflows. Signed webhook notifications fire on booking creation, cancellation, and completion events with HMAC-SHA256 signing.

Yes. Browser and API traffic is protected in transit with TLS. We use role-based access control and 2FA for admin accounts, raw card data stays with payment providers, and daily automated backups with 30-day retention are included.

You do. You own your customer and operational data and can export it as CSV or JSON. If you leave Riddlio, you can request a full data export and account deletion.

Riddlio provides data export, customer anonymization, consent tracking, and deletion workflows designed to help venues respond to GDPR requests. Our privacy policy and data processing agreement are available on request.

Riddlio runs on cloud infrastructure designed for reliability. If booking services are temporarily unavailable, the widget shows a graceful unavailable state instead of breaking your website.
