Online payments and in-person POS, together

Most escape room venues take payments in two ways: online when customers book (deposits or full prepayment) and in person when customers arrive (balance payments, add-ons, walk-ins). Riddlio handles both in one system.

Online payments

Stripe integration handles online payments for bookings made through your website widget. Accept deposits, full prepayment, or pay-on-arrival. Automatic refund processing for cancellations.

In-person POS
