Square online checkout

Customers can pay deposits or full booking amounts through Square checkout when the venue enables Square as an online payment method. Riddlio records the gateway payment ID, card brand and last four when returned, receipt URL, and booking or transaction balance.

Yes. You use your own Square account. For online checkout, Square processes the card payment and Riddlio records the gateway reference. For in-person POS, install the Square Point of Sale app on your iPad or supported device.
How does the deep-link integration work?+
When you tap "Take Payment" in Riddlio, it launches the Square POS app with the amount pre-filled. The customer taps their card on the Square reader. When the transaction completes, Square returns to Riddlio and the payment is recorded automatically.
